Welcome to Alorava Travel. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting travel-planning services, or making a booking through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.
2. About Alorava Travel
Alorava Travel provides personalized travel-planning assistance and may help clients research, arrange, and book services offered by independent third-party travel suppliers. These suppliers may include airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel-insurance companies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Alorava Travel does not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers. Each supplier maintains its own terms, restrictions, payment requirements, cancellation rules, and refund policies.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Travel quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared. Prices, taxes, fees, promotions, schedules, and availability may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and all required payments have been made.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information. However, supplier pricing and availability are controlled by the applicable supplier. Any planning, consultation, or service fee charged by Alorava Travel will be disclosed before payment, together with the applicable refund terms.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveler information, including:
- Full legal names exactly as shown on government-issued identification
- Correct dates of birth and contact information
- Accurate travel dates, destination details, and preferences
- Any accessibility, medical, dietary, or other special requests
You must review all quotes, invoices, confirmations, itineraries, and travel documents promptly and notify us immediately of any error. Alorava Travel is not responsible for costs resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the traveler or from a traveler’s failure to review booking documents.
5. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required passports, visas, permits, identification, vaccinations, health documentation, and other entry or transit requirements.
Requirements may vary based on citizenship, destination, travel route, age, and personal circumstances. Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.
6. Payments
Required deposits, final-payment dates, accepted payment methods, and payment schedules will be communicated before booking. Reservations may be canceled by a supplier when payment is not received by its stated deadline.
By authorizing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the booking details, pricing, and applicable supplier terms. Charges may appear under the name of the applicable travel supplier or payment processor.
7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, modification, credit, and refund eligibility are determined primarily by the rules of the applicable travel supplier. Some reservations may be nonrefundable or subject to cancellation, change, administrative, or processing fees.
Any request to cancel or change a reservation must be submitted to Alorava Travel as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a change, issue a credit, or provide a refund.
Any Alorava Travel planning or service fee will be governed by the refund terms disclosed before that fee is paid. Supplier penalties and nonrefundable charges remain the traveler’s responsibility.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged because unexpected events may affect travel plans. Insurance may provide protection for certain cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage, or other covered events, subject to the policy’s terms and exclusions.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the insurance policy and determining whether its coverage meets their needs. Declining offered insurance may require written acknowledgment where applicable.
9. Supplier Changes and Events Beyond Our Control
Travel suppliers may change schedules, routes, accommodations, amenities, aircraft, ships, ports, excursions, or other components of a trip. Alorava Travel will provide reasonable assistance when notified of a change but cannot guarantee a particular resolution.
Alorava Travel is not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supplier insolvency, public-health events, civil unrest, security incidents, or transportation interruptions.
10. Health, Safety, and Personal Conduct
Travelers are responsible for assessing whether a destination, activity, or itinerary is appropriate for their health, mobility, comfort, and personal circumstances.
Travelers must comply with all supplier rules, local laws, safety requirements, and standards of conduct. A supplier may refuse or terminate service when a traveler’s behavior creates a safety risk, violates applicable rules, or interferes with other guests.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
Alorava Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alorava Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, delays, or failures of a third-party supplier.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Website Information and Third-Party Links
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice. Our website may include links to third-party websites. Alorava Travel does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of those websites.
13. Intellectual Property
The Alorava Travel name, branding, logos, website design, written content, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation
